# Daily plans

> Build an AI trading plan for the session, schedule it, and get it in your Inbox, email, iMessage, WhatsApp, Telegram or Discord.

A daily plan is a saved briefing for one market. You build it once with the Agent, and TraderOS can rebuild it for you before each session and send it where you choose.

## Build a plan

Ask the Agent for the sections you want, for example:

`Build my ES plan: macro, GEX levels, key levels and my rules.`

A plan can carry market context, the economic calendar, GEX levels, key levels, scenarios and your own rules. Every number shows its source and the time it was read. When a source is not loaded or a section cannot be built yet, the plan says so in words instead of leaving it out or writing "none".

> [!NOTE]
>
> Your rules come from the plan you saved for the same market. A rule saved for `NQ` is never used in an `ES` plan.

If your saved rules name other instruments than the plan's, the end of the **Your rules** block says so, for example "These rules name other instruments than RTY: NQ, ES". When those rules carry different dollar limits, it lists them and asks you to check which one applies. The note is in the plan itself, in the app and in the PDF, not only in the chat.

The economic calendar block lists the releases for the day and the coming week. A release whose importance we cannot rate is still listed, under "impact not rated", rather than left out. The plan says "None more in the next 7 days" only when nothing else is listed, and says when the calendar could not be read for that plan.

Under **Data sources**, the plan lists where each number came from in plain words, such as **Live quote**, **Key levels** and **GEX levels and history**. Times in the plan text are New York time and carry **ET**.

## The plan PDF

The PDF is a dark, paged report with one topic per page. Every page carries the TraderOS mark, a path such as `Daily plan > NQ > Expected range`, the time the plan was recorded (`Recorded 07:45 ET`) and its page number.

| Page | What it holds |
| - | - |
| Overview | The key readings at a glance, and the nearest levels above and below price with the distance to each. |
| Market drivers | The price and when it was read, the regime, the next scheduled events and the notes from market context and the economic calendar. |
| Expected range | The expected range, drawn as a bar with the reference price marked, and the expiry or horizon it rests on. |
| Big levels | The levels grouped as previous session, previous week, premarket (high and low), previous month and other levels, each with its distance from price. |
| Gamma exposure | The GEX read, with a bar for each of the largest strikes, and the walls and flip. |
| Auction and order flow | The prior session's value area, the order flow read (prints and premium), session ranges and gaps, and the opening range. |
| Execution map | The upside and downside scenarios from the plan. |
| Trade plan | Your checklist and your rules, with whether each is met. |
| More from this plan | Any other section the plan holds. |
| Sources | Where each number came from and when it was read, and the data check line. |

A few rules apply to every page:

* A section that is in your plan but has no data shows **Not available** with its reason. A section that is not in your plan is left out. A page with nothing to show is left out, the page numbers adjust, and the last page lists what is not in the plan.
* A distance is worked out from two stored prices, and a number the plan does not hold is not printed. An older or last-close reading says so, with its age and source.
* The strike bars and GEX detail appear only if your plan includes GEX and the options chain.
* A plan that was already sent keeps the look it had. It changes only when the plan is rendered again.

## Schedule it

When the plan is ready, choose **Schedule**. Then pick:

1. **Days and time**: every weekday, or one day a week, at the time you want it, in your time zone.
2. **Deliver to**: your Inbox is always on. You can add Email, iMessage, WhatsApp, Telegram and Discord. See [Where plans are delivered](https://docs.traderos.ai/plans/delivery.md).
3. **Attach the PDF**: on by default.

Before you confirm, the next run time and the credits one run costs are shown. Nothing is scheduled until you confirm.

## Build now

Use **Build now** to make a plan outside its schedule. The cost in credits is shown first, and you approve it before anything runs. If today's plan already exists you are asked before it is rebuilt.

## Your Inbox

Open **Inbox** in the sidebar.

* **Plans** lists every plan that arrived, newest first. Open one to read it in the app or download the PDF.
* **Scheduled** lists your schedules. Pause, change or stop a schedule there.

Whatever else you choose, every plan lands in your Inbox first. The other channels are copies.
