# How TraderOS handles trust

> What we promise about numbers, gaps and advice.

* **Every consequential number has a source, a time and an age.** If it does not, we say that.
* **Missing data is reported, not hidden.** A gap, a delay or a thin sample is stated in the answer.
* **Inference is labelled.** Anything that guesses at intent (for example a bullish or bearish label on an options trade) is marked as an inference.
* **No trading.** TraderOS analyses and tests. It never places orders.
* **Not advice.** Results describe data and history. Decide for yourself, and size your risk accordingly.
