Your Inbox always gets the plan. You can also send a copy to Email, iMessage, WhatsApp, Telegram or Discord.

Connect a channel

Choose Connect at the top of your Inbox, to the right of Plans and Scheduled. It lists each channel with its state and opens the steps for the one you pick. You can also connect a channel while you schedule a plan (choose Set up next to it), or open Settings and then Connectors. A phone number is only connected after the message comes from that phone, so nobody can connect a number that is not theirs. To stop messages on iMessage or WhatsApp, reply STOP. Reply START to turn them back on. On Telegram, send /stop and /start. WhatsApp only lets us message you within 24 hours of your last message to our number. Outside that window the plan stays in your Inbox, and the delivery line says so. Send any message to our number to open the window again. Each channel has its own on and off switch under Settings and then Connectors, so you can pause one without losing the connection. Choose Change on a connected channel to use a different number. Every email carries an unsubscribe link.

What reaches which channel

Under Settings and then Connectors you choose, for each kind of message, which channels get it. The Inbox always gets everything and cannot be turned off. Until you change something, you get these: A switch only matters for a channel you have connected. Turning a channel on for a message never overrides an unsubscribe, a bounced address or a channel you turned off. Quiet hours apply to iMessage texts you did not schedule, such as alerts and notices. Other channels are not held by them. They are on by default from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM New York time, and you can change the times and the time zone. A scheduled plan is sent at the time you chose, and a test or a resend you press is sent at once.

Ask the Agent or your assistant

Ask the Agent “which channels do I have connected?” to see each channel, whether it is on, and whether it needs you, with your address masked. Ask “what are my plan schedules?” to list your schedules. Over MCP, these are the delivery_channels_status and plan_schedules tools, and inbox_list and inbox_read read your Inbox. They are read-only, so connecting or disconnecting a channel is done in Settings. A delivered plan carries a link to its PDF that starts with go.traderos.ai. The link works for 30 days. It opens the PDF through a short-lived file link, so if you need a fresh copy later, open the plan from your Inbox. The PDF is the paged report described in The plan PDF. Where you attach the PDF, the attachment is that same file, and the link opens it. A plan sent before the report layout existed keeps its earlier PDF until the plan is rendered again. If a PDF is still being prepared when a link is opened, you are told to try again in a minute.

If a delivery does not arrive

The plan is always in your Inbox. Open Inbox and then Scheduled to see each run and whether it was delivered. A channel that needs you, for example an address that bounced or a Discord connection that expired, says Reconnect needed and can be fixed from the Connect button in your Inbox or from Settings and then Connectors. In the Inbox list, a plan’s delivery line turns red only when a channel needs you. A plan that reached every channel shows no warning, and every time in a delivery line names its time zone. When a schedule has been stopped and the same day has a plan from a schedule that is still running, the older plans are marked as replaced.
